    Community Action Agency of Greater Kansas City is a nonprofit organization providing programs and services to low-income residents of Jackson, Platte and Clay counties, Missouri.

    A successful Resource Specialist candidate has a high school diploma or GED with experience working with data entry experience, navigating through several data management systems, project management, linkage to community resources, screening clients, and writing skills (case notes). This is repetitive work and you must be comfortable sitting at a workstation at least 90% of the day.

    Our compressed work week, Monday –Thursday from 8:00 am -6:00 pm, with an hour lunch, is the first step to supporting our team members with a work-life balance. You will have immediate access to holiday pay, Financial Wellness and Employee Assistance Programs.
