  1. Perform excellent customer service to customers, staff and vendors in person, by telephone, and/or in writing while maintaining a pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
  2. Date stamp documents upon receipt
  3. Ability to schedule appointments and adhere to deadlines
  4. Direct temporary staff as needed
  5. Maintain knowledge of programs and eligibility criteria
  6. Inform clients of program guidelines, rights and responsibilities
  7. Gather pertinent and accurate information from participants and household members to meet their service needs
  8. Precisely enter information into database
  9. Maintain accurate records and notes
  10. Ability to be nonjudgmental and objective when working with participants
  11. Ability to work independently and/or team setting including assisting co-workers as needed
  12. Adjust to frequent change in duties and procedures
  13. Ability to remain clam under stressful situations
  14. Represent CAAGKC at special events, meetings and/or remote locations to collect and/or inform applicants of programs and services
  15. 15. Inform participants of other CAAGKC programs and services they may qualify for
  16. Any other duties as assigned
  1. High School diploma or GED
  2. One (1) year experience working in office setting
  3. Type 45 words per minute and basic math skills
  4. Experience working with the public
  5. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow training manual guidelines and procedures
  6. Excellent listening and assessment skills
  7. Experience using email, facsimile machine, scanner and copier
  8. Proficient in alpha-numeric filing, Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn State agency database
  9. Ability to work evenings and weekends
  10. Must have valid driver license and maintain active car insurance
